Coniferous Honeydew Honey  comes from coniferous tree honeydew - mainly from fir nectar, but honeydew also occurs on other trees and shrubs such as pines, larches, spruces, and arborvitaes. It is a very unique honey, because its acquisition depends not only on nectar, but also on appropriate weather conditions. This species is one of the hardest to obtain and one of the most expensive types of honey on the Polish market. Honeydew honey is thicker than nectar honey and contains more mineral compounds - especially potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron.

We also recommend  nectar-honeydew honey  as an equally interesting alternative  - it is also intense in taste with a predominance of honeydew, but with an admixture of nectar from the forest floor and surrounding meadows, thanks to which it combines the advantages of honeydew and nectar honeys.

Linden honey  is considered by many experts to be the best tasting honey . This is due to its rich content. Linden honey is difficult to produce and at the same time rich in ingredients that comprehensively improve our health.

Linden honey  comes from the pollen of linden flowers, which can be difficult to find, because larger clusters of these trees are rarely found. That is why  linden honey  is extremely valuable. The uniqueness and extraordinary healing properties  of linden honey  are emphasized by linden nectar.  Linden honey , like the infusion of linden flowers itself, has healing properties that have been valued for generations. 

As the name suggests,  multi-flower honeys  can come from the nectar of many flowers.  Multi-flower honeys  differ in taste, color, and health benefits.  The properties of multi-flower honey  depend on the species of flowers, shrubs, and trees selected by bees, the locations of apiaries, and the dates of collection.

Phacelia honey  is classified as nectar honey and is obtained from phacelia flowers. This plant has many varieties, but in Poland the most common is the blue phacelia, which is distinguished by its beautiful, blue-violet (sometimes blue) color.

Fields covered with this species of flowers look absolutely amazing and you can almost always find bees working hard there. It is not without reason that they spend many hours in such places, and this is because phacelia is considered one of the most honey-producing plants - beekeepers often call it the "queen of honey plants".  Phacelia honey obtained in this way  has been called Polish manuka honey in recent years (source Onet) due to its unique properties.

The raw material we offer, which is bee glue, from which propolis tincture is made, contains about 50% of substances soluble in ethyl alcohol, such as plant resins unprocessed by bees. Other compounds naturally occurring in bee glue are processed resins and mixtures of bee secretions, such as beeswax, which does not dissolve, and solid elements such as wooden streams from the hive or frames, which are created when uncapping propolis, and also, to a minimal extent, acaro-entomological and microbiological compounds, which are associated with the natural function of this product in the hive. Therefore, this raw, unprocessed product is ideal for making a health propolis tincture. It should be remembered that the finished tincture should be strained through gauze to purify the solution from the insoluble fraction!

Rapeseed honey  is a unique type of honey, because it is actually one of the first to be created in the apiary after the winter break. As the name suggests, this precious elixir is created from nectar and pollen collected from rapeseed flowers. Rapeseed is one of the most important crops in Poland.  Rapeseed honey  is also called  white honey  because of its very rapid crystallization and color change to white.

For this reason,  buckwheat honey  is recommended for consumption by, among others, the elderly, people diagnosed with atherosclerosis and those in a high-risk group. Simple sugars contained in  buckwheat honey  are easily absorbed into the bloodstream and can nourish the heart muscle in a relatively short time. Thanks to their content,  buckwheat honey  eliminates sugar as a significant risk factor for atherosclerosis.

Dandelion Honey Properties:

Goldenrod honey  is definitely harder to come by than other types of honey, partly because the beekeeper has to leave some of it as food for the bees for the winter.

Goldenrod blooms most intensively at the time when bees begin their winter preparations. It is therefore important to remember that every beekeeper must take care of late feeding of bees in order to obtain  honey from goldenrod .
