Description
Phacelia Honey - energy from the “queen of melliferous plants”
Phacelia Honey is a delicate, light nectar honey obtained from the blue fields of phacelia – the most highly valued melliferous plant in Poland. It is the ideal choice for those looking for a subtle taste and a natural source of energy. Blue phacelia, from which the bees obtain this honey, is sown near the apiaries, which makes it possible to obtain fresh honey throughout the season – from May to August.
Thanks to its high glucose content, phacelia honey crystallises quickly and at the same time delivers energy in an instant, which makes it excellent for physically active people, for those doing mental work and for athletes. Its delicate, floral taste and light colour (from pale yellow to creamy white after crystallisation) mean that phacelia honey is also readily chosen by children and by people who like mild varieties of honey.
Phacelia Honey - health-promoting properties:
- Particularly during a cold and when we feel something is “coming on”.
- It has an antibacterial and protective effect.
- It reduces the toxic effects of nicotine, alcohol, tea and coffee.
- It supports the treatment of digestive system diseases.

For lovers of cooking and culinary experiments - the subtle taste of phacelia honey goes wonderfully with drinks, marinades, desserts and nuts in honey.
For those who like mild, light-coloured honeys – the golden colour, which turns creamy white after crystallisation, and the delicate taste without pronounced notes will appeal to fans of subtle sweetness.

Phacelia Honey - how to use it:
A natural substitute for white sugar – perfect for sweetening tea, coffee, lemonade, cocktails and other drinks. It is gentler on the body than sugar and at the same time enriches the taste of the drink with a delicate, floral note.
For everyday cooking – it works well as a sweetener for breakfasts such as porridge, millet porridge or pancakes. It is also used in desserts, marinades and for preparing nuts and fruit in honey.
Perfect for children and lovers of mild flavours – its light colour, delicate taste and liquid consistency mean that phacelia honey is readily chosen by the youngest and by those who prefer subtle sweetness.
