Linden honey is considered by many experts to be the best tasting honey . This is due to its rich content. Linden honey is difficult to produce and at the same time rich in ingredients that comprehensively improve our health.
Linden honey comes from the pollen of linden flowers, which can be difficult to find, because larger clusters of these trees are rarely found. That is why linden honey is extremely valuable. The uniqueness and extraordinary healing properties of linden honey are emphasized by linden nectar. Linden honey , like the infusion of linden flowers itself, has healing properties that have been valued for generations.
Linden Honey properties:
- It has antiseptic, antispasmodic, diaphoretic, antipyretic, expectorant, slightly hypnotic and sedative effects, and lowers fever.
- Helps in the treatment of flu, colds, cough, acute and chronic colds, tonsillitis, sinusitis, respiratory tract inflammation.
- It is recommended for urinary tract diseases and neuroses.
- It is characterized by high antibiotic activity.
Colour: From greenish yellow to golden yellow.
Taste: Sweet, slightly spicy, bitter
Fragrance: Similar to linden blossom.
Storage: Dry and shaded place (temp. 8-18 C)

Crystallization: Medium crystallization
