Phacelia Honey

Phacelia Honey - 1000g

Phacelia Honey - 1000g

Phacelia honey  is classified as nectar honey and is obtained from phacelia flowers. This plant has many varieties, but in Poland the most common is the blue phacelia, which is distinguished by its beautiful, blue-violet (sometimes blue) color.

Fields covered with this species of flowers look absolutely amazing and you can almost always find bees working hard there. It is not without reason that they spend many hours in such places, and this is because phacelia is considered one of the most honey-producing plants - beekeepers often call it the "queen of honey plants".  Phacelia honey obtained in this way  has been called Polish manuka honey in recent years (source Onet) due to its unique properties.

Phacelia honey in care.

What's more, phacelia honey can be used in home care, for example to prepare a cosmetic scrub. To do this, combine phacelia honey with cane sugar and olive oil. Apply the whole thing to a damp body and massage for a few minutes. This will exfoliate dead skin and make the skin more elastic and smooth to the touch. The aromatic scent of honey will add a floral scent to our cleansed skin :)
