Buckwheat honey - how to use?
Buckwheat honey can be used in many different ways. However, remember not to exceed a temperature of 42°C. Exceeding this temperature destroys the nutrients contained in the honey. Therefore, if you want to add honey to tea or hot water to create an infusion against colds, wait a few minutes until the temperature is right. Buckwheat honey can also be added to cold-prepared sweets, e.g. nut truffles or strong balls. Just mix nuts/oatmeal/dried fruit with honey and e.g. peanut butter. Then all that's left to do is leave it to cool for a while in the fridge and you can enjoy an energetic, healthy snack.
A good idea for using buckwheat honey is also the first meal of the day - breakfast. The taste of buckwheat honey will go well with the taste of oatmeal or millet and will add sweetness to them. One way to support treatment for cardiovascular diseases is to use buckwheat honey therapy. It consists of dissolving a spoonful of honey in a glass of lukewarm water in the evening and drinking the resulting mixture in the morning after waking up and before a meal. However, it should be remembered that this is not a way to fight the disease and the effectiveness of such therapy is not particularly likely. This should be treated as a kind of curiosity, and not a way to combat cardiovascular problems. Rutin, which supports the fight against heart disease, is also found in other products, such as chokeberry, sorrel, black elderberry or generally in buckwheat. That is why we also encourage you to consume our chokeberry or black elderberry preserves.
