Description
Remember! Heather honey is highly biologically active. Be sure to store it in a shaded and cool place (max. 18°C). If you do not have a suitable place, store heather honey in the refrigerator, tightly closing the jar.
Heather honey is highly valued for its properties and is called the "king of honeys" due to the limited heather harvests in Poland.
Obtaining pure heather honey is very difficult due to September weather conditions. Therefore, heather honey is not available every year, which makes it even more unique.
What is most characteristic - heather honey has a gelatinous form! This form proves that the honey was obtained correctly and has all its natural health properties. This is a very difficult process because you cannot afford the traditional form of spinning the honey - however, the consequence is natural contamination of heather honey in the form of remnants of bee bread, pollen, propolis or wax fraction from the combs. This is not a product defect, but allows you to confirm the quality and naturalness of the honey (and its origin). The insoluble fraction in the form of the above bee products can be extracted from the obtained health mixture, but they will not constitute a product defect, and for many Customers an additional value due to the admixture content of noble bee products.
