Bean Honey is a product included in the list of traditional products, characteristic of Roztocze. It has a strong aroma coming from bean flowers. Bean honey is not very sweet and slightly sour.
Interestingly, Roztocze is one of the least cloudy and most sunny areas of Poland in the summer, which is why the local climatic conditions are perfect for growing beans and obtaining bean honey in cooperation with our bees.
Bean Honey properties:
- Strengthens the immune system.
- Supports heart function.
- Facilitates the treatment of flu and colds.
- Alleviates gastrointestinal disorders.
- Accelerates the regeneration of microorganisms necessary for proper digestion.
Color: In liquid form it is straw colored and when it crystallizes it becomes creamy white.
Taste: Not too sweet, even slightly sour.
Fragrance: Aroma of bean flowers.
Storage: Dry and shaded place (temp. 8-18 C)
