Bean Honey - a traditional product from Roztocze
Bean honey is a product entered on the list of traditional products characteristic of Roztocze. It has a strong aroma derived from bean flowers. Bean honey is not very sweet and slightly tart, which makes it exceptional among honeys.
Interestingly, Roztocze is one of the least cloudy and best sunlit areas of Poland during the summer. It is precisely thanks to this that the local climate is perfectly suited to growing beans and to obtaining bean honey in cooperation with our bees. It is a true treasure of nature, appreciated by honey connoisseurs.
