Description
Meadow Multiflower Honey - a treasure of Polish meadows
An exceptional honey from the nectar of wild Polish meadows, holding within it an extraordinarily rich bouquet of flowers and herbs. Thanks to the presence of nectars such as clover, sainfoin and sweet clover, it can be credited with noble relaxing properties. The most important feature of meadow multiflower honey is its calming and soothing properties. The honey also has a delicate taste and a creamy consistency after natural crystallisation – without the pronounced, heavy flavour notes that are more typical of dark honeys.
Meadow Multiflower Honey comes from the clean, unpolluted areas of eastern Poland. The bees create it from the nectar of sun-drenched meadows and wastelands, gathering what is most precious from the flowers around them. This honey is enriched with wonderful qualities drawn from, among others, black locust, cornflower, alfalfa, vetch and willowherb. This is exactly how this meadow multiflower honey came about – the quintessence of field flora with distinct notes of summer herbs, delivering unique properties. It is a product with a beautiful, complex nectar profile, and so we are delighted to be able to share it with you like a true treasure :)
