Description
Raspberry Honey - a genuine nectar honey from raspberry plantations
What makes this product exceptional is that (as the name suggests), our raspberry honey is made from raspberry blossom, and these bloom for barely three weeks, about twice a year. It is one of the hardest honeys to obtain because the forage is so limited, yet its exceptional taste and aroma place raspberry honey among the honeys most often chosen by our customers. It is a genuine nectar honey, valued for its delicacy and fruity aftertaste.
Raspberry Honey - no juices, syrups or fruit: pure nature straight from the hive
It is worth emphasising that we do not add any juices, syrups or fruit to our honeys. Although the name brings to mind the popular raspberry fruit, raspberry honey is a fully nectar honey – straight from raspberry plantations. This honey is the result of the hard work of our bees and of them alone. Bees love to collect pollen and nectar from every variety of raspberry – and in return we get delicious raspberry honey. This is because raspberry flowers give them plenty of nectar and are rich in sugar. For this delicious elixir to be made solely from raspberry blossom, the apiary must be located in the immediate vicinity of raspberry bushes. In Poland, the largest raspberry plantations are in the Lublin region and in our eponymous Roztocze, which allows us to produce authentic and delicious raspberry honey. By choosing our raspberry honey, you can be sure you are getting a product of the highest quality, 100% natural.
